Participation in recreational programs requires the submission of a completed waiver form:


ADULT/SENIOR PROGRAMMING

NEW!! Tuesday Shinny
September 12 – March 27
11:00 am – 12:00 noon
Cost $2.00/person

Year round at the S. G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena/Community Centre

Pickleball: Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. Racquets are provided so all you’ll need is a clean pair of shoes. No experience required.
Cost is $2.00

Table Tennis: Monday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Minden Community Centre.
Cost is $3.00


 Bid Euchre: Thursday, and every third Sunday, afternoons from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
Cost is $3.00 on Thursdays and $10.00 on Sundays.

Adult/Senior Badminton – May to August: Thursday mornings from 9:00am-12:00pm at the
S.G Nesbitt Memorial Arena.
Cost is $2.00

Ice Skating – September to April: 

Adults only: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 12:00pm-2:00pm. Cost is $2.00
General Public: Sunday and Wednesday afternoons from 12:00pm-2:00pm. Cost is $2.00

CHILDREN/YOUTH

Sunday Shinny – October 1, 2017 to April 1, 2018

(No Shinny on: October 29th, December 24th, March 31st)

Ages 8-12 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Ages 13-17 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

Cost is $2.00/person and participants must be wearing proper equipment. All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian before being allowed to play.

March Break at the S.G Nesbitt Arena – March 12-16, 2018

If you are opting for a “stay-cation” this March Break, bring the family to the S.G Nesbitt Memorial Arena for a week of fun on the ice where there will be chances to join in on public skating, broomball and shinny.
