Fitness Classes at the S.G Nesbitt Arena – The Holness Class

The HOLNESS CLASS ~ Cardio/ Pilates/Yoga with instructor Gail Holness

Thursday mornings, September 24 to October 29, 9:00 am-10:00 am.
Class includes: CARDIO – to strengthen our cardio vascular system and improve our brain, PILATES – to Strengthen and tone our muscles and YOGA – to relax and open our minds and our bodies so that we can reduce stress levels. Classes are $5 a session and pre-registration is required by contacting Elisha at 705-286-2298 or eweiss@mindenhills.ca
