Take Notice that the Council of the Township of Minden Hills, at their September 24th Council Meeting will consider a by-law to amend the Fees and Charges By-law.

The proposed changes include:

1. Schedule “E” – Roads: To implement a fee to include a deposit for Residential Entrance Applications.

2. To include a Schedule “K”: To implement a fee in the amount of $350.00 per month to permit the rental/lease of municipal owned lands to utility companies, construction companies and government agencies for the purposes of parking company vehicles and/or construction staging areas for temporary construction projects.

The Council Meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2015 in the Council Chambers located at 7 Milne St, Minden.
